About
About InfraShift
InfraShift was built on a simple observation: most companies don't have a technology problem. They have a systems problem. And no amount of new software fixes a broken process.
We specialize in operations-heavy businesses — logistics, freight, healthcare, and growing companies that are scaling faster than their systems can handle. We come in, learn how the operation actually works, find what's broken, and fix it.
We use AI and automation as implementation tools — because right now they're the most powerful tools available — but the work always starts with understanding the operation, not selling a technology.

Foot Locker
I've spent 15 years building and automating infrastructure for some of the largest companies in the world — from PwC data centers to global telecom networks at Syniverse, Fortune 500 healthcare systems at Centene Corporation, and enterprise-scale freight operations.
I started my career at PwC managing data center infrastructure and leading teams across the night shift. I moved to Syniverse where I managed 2,000+ Linux servers across multiple countries — handling everything from clustering and high availability to cross-timezone operations and disaster recovery.
At Centene Corporation, one of the largest healthcare insurers in the US, I built Ansible automation frameworks that saved hundreds of man hours — including single-click Kubernetes cluster deployments, Docker automation, self-healing infrastructure, and fully automated monthly patching across enterprise systems.
I'm not a strategist who learned to talk about technology. I'm an engineer who learned to think about business. My Red Hat Certified System Administrator credential, CompTIA Linux+, and Microsoft Azure certifications aren't resume decoration — they represent 15 years of hands-on work inside real enterprise systems at real scale.
Most recently I've been building AI-powered operational systems for enterprise-level organizations — tools that leadership teams demo to executives because they fundamentally change how operations run. I've seen firsthand what it looks like when the right system meets the right operation.
I started InfraShift because I kept seeing the same thing inside every large company: brilliant people doing manual work that a well-designed system would handle automatically. The people weren't the problem. The systems were.
With AI as the implementation layer, what used to take a team a year I can build in weeks. That changes the math on what's possible for a mid-size company that could never afford an enterprise-scale systems overhaul before.
I work with a limited number of clients at any time. Every engagement is led by me personally — not delegated, not outsourced. The person you talk to on the discovery call is the person who maps your operation, designs your solution, and builds it.
The Work
15 Years. Enterprise Scale. Real Systems.
The work behind InfraShift isn't theoretical. A sample of what's been built:
Ansible automation framework at a Fortune 500 healthcare enterprise saving hundreds of man hours — covering VM deployment, Kubernetes clusters, Docker, disaster recovery, self-healing systems, and automated monthly patching
Single-click Kubernetes cluster deployment via Ansible and Tower — replacing multi-day manual processes with fully automated orchestration
AI-powered infrastructure dashboard for an enterprise freight carrier — automating patching, surfacing vCenter diagnostics in real time, replacing what internal teams estimated as a year-long development project. Delivered in one week.
Complete brokerage operations platform with live MLS integration, automated commission tracking, agent portal, and real-time transaction pipeline — scaling from under 50 to nearly 150 agents without adding admin headcount
Private cloud infrastructure on Proxmox hosted in a SOC 2 compliant data center — purpose-built for clients who need serious infrastructure without public cloud exposure
2,000+ Linux servers managed across multiple countries — including clustering, high availability, cross-timezone operations, and enterprise-scale disaster recovery
Industries Worked in Directly
